What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We currently ship only the US and we are contracted to ship with UPS, USPS and FedEx. We offer various shipping options and ship our products in secure, eco-friendly packaging.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally.
Payments
What Types of Payments Do You Accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards online. Additionally, accepting Discover automatically allows acceptance of Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. At our physical store we accept cash in addition to the above payment methods.
Returns
Can I Return A Product?
At this time, we only take back returns for items that are damaged during the delivery process. If that is the case, we will arrange with you on a return process and replace your items free of additional cost. All other returns are at the discretion of Alseerat.
