Shipping Address
Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Alseerat is not responsible for packages that are non-delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses.
Returns
At this time, we only take back returns for items that are damaged during the delivery process. If that is the case, we will arrange with you on a return process and replace your items free of additional cost.
